How to send a parcel to the customer by courier?



Order a courier who will deliver the parcel to your customer’s home address for a reasonable price. Your customer may order the delivery of goods both to his home address or his work address. We will deliver the postal consignments to all addresses in Lithuania, there are no geographic restrictions.

We will contact the customer in advance and agree on a convenient date and time for the delivery. If the courier fails to contact the recipient of delivery, we will inform the recipient about this and, if needed, his parcel can be directed to the most convenient self-service parcel terminal.

If you want to provide the customer with an option of paying for his order upon the receipt of the parcel, please select COD (“Cash on delivery”) service. When you are sending fragile items, select the additional service of careful handling (“Handle with care”). Familiarize yourself with other additional services.

How to send a parcel to the client by self-service parcel terminal?



If your recipient is able to pick up his order on any day and in any time, from one of 167 self-service parcel terminals, when send your private customer parcel to the self-service parcel terminal. The parcel terminals are located in popular places and they are accessible at any time. Parcel which were send before the emptying time of the terminals, in Lithuania will be delivered in the morning of following working day and in case of Latvia and Estonia as destination locations – within 1-2 working days!

Parcel can be delivered to the self-service terminal parcel from the other self-service parcel terminal or by courier.
