Parcel will arrive to the destination  within 1 working day after its sending day, except for Sundays. 

In the biggest cities of Lithuania the parcels are put into the self-service parcel terminals on Saturday, but the parcels aren’t picked up on the same day. Self-service parcel terminals aren’t serviced on Sundays. Filling times of the self-service parcel terminals

We will inform the recipient of arrival of the parcel by SMS message and, if possible, by e-mail. The recipient may come and pick up the parcel at any time of the day.

Delivery of the parcel by courier

If the recipient is a private customer, we will contact the recipient in advance and and agree on a convenient time of delivery. Our delivery times for parcels are Monday through Friday 8 AM – 5 PM.

If the recipient is a private customer, we will call in advance and agree on a convenient time of delivery. If the recipient is a business customer we will deliver the parcel without making an in advance phone call.
