You can view the amount of „Mano Rimi“ money in relation to the performed transactions in your „Mano Rimi“ account or „Rimi“ app. Moreover, „Mano Rimi“ money appear on the receipt and in „Mano Rimi“ card terminals.

Will the information about „Mano Rimi“ money acquired in the transaction also appear on the OMNIVA's invoice?
You will see the „Mano Rimi“ money stored in your „Mano Rimi“ account, this information will not be reflected in OMNIVA invoice.

What should I do if I have not received „Mano Rimi“ money for the transaction on mano.omniva.lt?
Please wait at least one full business day after making the transaction on mano.omniva.lt because „Mano Rimi“ money is transferred within one business day after the transaction. If „Mano Rimi“ money has not been transferred yet, please contact Rimi customer service by e-mail [email protected]. In order to clarify information, please indicate your „Mano Rimi“ card number, attach a transaction document (receipt) confirming the specific transaction for which „Mano Rimi“ money has not been received.

You can purchase a new Rimi card at Rimi stores (at the cashier or in info centers), the price of the „Mano Rimi“ plastic card is set at EUR 1. For your convenience, it is possible to create your „Mano Rimi“ account free of charge by opening rimi.lv and clicking on "Log in / Register" in the top corner of the page. To perform authentication when shopping in Rimi stores (for storing and using „Mano Rimi“ money) you will need Rimi mobile application. In case you do not want to have a plastic card, you may register to „Mano Rimi“ loyalty programme in manorimi.lt and use virtual „Mano Rimi“ card. „Mano Rimi“ money can be received only for those shipments registered in mano.omniva.lt. If you register parcel at the parcel machine or in the old e-self service omniva.lt, „Mano Rimi“ savings will not be stored.
