How to dispatch parcel

At first, before sending your parcel, register it at our self-service system. In this way you’ll save you time and you won’t need to fill all data at the self-service parcel terminal.


  1. To register your parcel, log in to our self-service system. You won’t need to enter your information again, as it has already been saved. The self-service system also saves all your previously used delivery addresses, so it is convenient if you are regularly sending parcels to the same people.
  2. Print out the address label and attach it to the parcel. If you have no possibility to print it, you can do this at the parcel terminal.
  3. To send a parcel with a previously printed and attached address label, choose “Send parcel to private customer”. Then choose “Scan barcode” and scan the barcode of the parcel. You can find the scanner under the payment terminal of the parcel machine.
  4. After the locker door has opened, put the parcel in, close the door and confirm that the parcel has been dropped off over by pressing “Confirm”. If necessary, you can use a bigger locker for an additional fee. After confirmation, you may print out a receipt.

Remember! When registering your parcel on our self-service system, you can order additional services – these include “HANDLE WITH CARE” or notification by SMS message or e-mail when your parcel has been retrieved. You can not choose these additional services at the parcel terminal.
  • What if there is no possibility to print out the parcel label (address card)?
    If you don’t have a possibility to print out an address card when filling in the data of parcel, then choose an option “Send the parcel code by SMS message and print out the address card at the parcel terminal”. We will send the parcel code to you by SMS message. Then you will need to either scan or manually enter the code at the parcel terminal to print out the address card. If the code you have entered is correct, the parcel terminal will print out the address card. Before attaching the label to the parcel, make sure all the data is correct.

    After scanning the barcode on the address card, the locker door will open automatically and you can put your parcel in. Confirm that the parcel has been handed over by pressing “Confirm”. If necessary, you can use a bigger locker for an additional fee. After pressing “Confirm”, you can choose an option for printing out the receipt. Good to know! Printing a receipt may take longer in cold weather.
  • What should I do with a previously printed address card?
    After registering the parcel on the self-service system and printing out the address card, make sure that the information on the card is readable and that the barcode isn’t damaged. You can replace a damaged address card by printing out a new one from the order confirmation file. As a registered user, you will be able to print out a new address card after logging in to your self-service system account.


  • Take the parcel to the nearest parcel terminal.
  • Choose the menu language you need, and then press option “Send parcel”.
  • Choose the destination country and size of the parcel.
  • By following the instructions choose and enter the required information.
  • Pay by using your bank card.
  • Attach the address card to the upper side of the parcel. If you have printed out your address card at the parcel terminal, you can retrieve it from a slot under the payment terminal.
  • Scan the barcode and make sure the address card is correct. The scanner is located on the left-hand side under the main screen.
  • Put the parcel into the locker, close the door and confirm by pressing “Confirm”.
  • If you wish, you can print out a receipt.
