IN WHAT CIRCUMSTANCES WILL YOU PAY ME COMPENSATION FOR THE DAMAGE?

We will pay compensation for direct damage:
 
  1. Caused by the loss of the parcel – if we cannot find the parcel upon request, we will confirm that it has been lost;
  2. If it is our fault that the parcel has been damaged or destroyed; and
  3. If we have not requested full or partial payment from the receiver.

We will pay you the compensation as soon as we identify that the parcel has been damaged, destroyed or lost. Compensation will be paid in euros.

The compensation will be paid into the receiver’s bank account. The receiver is entitled to refuse the compensation and request we pay it to the sender instead, and vice versa – the sender may refuse the compensation in favour of the receiver.
IN WHAT CIRCUMSTANCES WILL YOU REFUSE TO PAY COMPENSATION?

We do not pay compensation if the damage or loss has been caused as a result of force majeure. However, in this case you will still be entitled to receive compensation for the sending costs. We are not responsible if the loss or damage of some or all of the contents of the parcel were caused by the fault or negligence of the sender or the nature of the contents. We are also not responsible if the claim is not submitted within six months of the date the parcel was sent.

Parcel machine parcel 320 euros or 10,67 euros/kg (if value of the parcel wasn’t confirmed)
Courier services in Lithuania 320 euro
Courier services in the Baltic States 320 euro
Large size parcel by courier (both inland and international) 512 euro
Parcel consisting of several parcels (both inland and international) 512 euro (in case of partial damage our responsibility is proportionate to the partial value determined in relation to each unit of the parcel)
