How long items are stored by Omniva?
Parcels are stored in the parcel machines for 4 days. We notify the recipient by SMS before the storage deadline.
If it's a courier shipment and the courier can't reach the recipient to agree on the parcel delivery time, the parcel will be stored:
- at a nearby parcel machine for 4 days if it's a S-L size
- or post office for 7 days if it's a S-XL size.
- at the delivery center for 7 days if it's an XXL parcel up to 100kg.
If the parcel isn't picked up within the storage time, it will be returned to the sender. The sender must pay for the parcel return.
