Getting Started & Work Flexibility
How can I become a Crowd Delivery courier?

After submitting your information, we will contact you within a few days to finalize the contract. Once signed by both parties, you will get access to the OMNIVA Courier app.

Do I have to work fixed hours?

No. You work fully flexibly—you decide when you are active and which orders to accept.However, once an order is accepted, it must be completed by the end of the same day.

Can I choose which orders to accept?

Yes. You always have full control over which delivery orders you take.

How can I get individual activities certificate?

Can I work only in the evenings or on weekends?

Yes. Deliveries are also available on Saturdays. Evening work on weekdays may beavailable depending on the city—please check availability with a logistics coordinator.

Can this be a full-time job?

This role is best suited for earning additional income. However, in larger cities, higherdemand may allow you to work close to full-time hours.

How do I get paid?

You are paid based on the number of orders you successfully complete.

How often are payments made?

Payments are made once a week according to the agreed terms and conditions.

Do I need a van?

No. A standard passenger car is sufficient.

Can I work with a bicycle?

Currently, deliveries can only be made by car

Will the parcels fit in my car?

Yes. Orders are planned with the size and capacity of an average passenger car in mind.

How well do I need to speak the local language?

A conversational level is required, as you will need to communicate clearly with customersby phone and in person.

Do I need to wear an Omniva uniform?

No. A uniform is not required, but a neat and professional appearance is expected.
Delivery Process
What will I see before accepting an order in the app?

Before accepting an order, you can review all key details in the OMNIVA Courier app:

-the suggested route

Where will I need to deliver parcels

You will deliver parcels either directly to the recipient’s address or, upon request, to a parcellocker.
Responsibilities & Support
Who is responsible for the parcel?

You are responsible for the parcel from the moment of pickup until it is successfully deliveredto the recipient.

What happens if a parcel is damaged?

If any issue occurs, you must immediately inform customer support, who will provide furtherinstructions.

What happens if I can’t complete an order?

If an unexpected issue arises, inform customer support as soon as possible.

Is communicating with the customer part of my role?

Yes. You are expected to contact the customer before delivery.
Registration
How long does registration take?

Applications are reviewed continuously, and the process usually takes up to 2–3 workingdays.
