Cash-on-Delivery Payments Now Available in the Omniva App
The Omniva mobile app now supports cash-on-delivery (COD) payments. COD payments allow customers to pay for goods and/or delivery when collecting their parcel. Thanks to this new app feature, COD parcels can now also be delivered to parcel machines without a payment terminal, including community parcel machines.
When a COD parcel arrives at a parcel machine, the customer receives a notification informing them that payment must be completed in the Omniva mobile app before the parcel can be collected.
To make the COD payment:
Open the Omniva mobile app: app.omniva.ee
Find the parcel awaiting payment in the list of incoming parcels.
Complete the payment securely in the Omniva app.
Once the payment is made, you can pick up your parcel from the machine.
COD payment is available for orders from online stores that offer the option to pay for goods and/or delivery upon pickup. If an online store does not offer this payment method, COD payment in app cannot be used.
To prevent frauds, avoid clicking on links that lead to unknown addresses or making payments in unfamiliar environments. To manage all your parcels securely, always use the official Omniva mobile app: app.omniva.ee.
