Delivery Delays Possible Due to Heavy Snowfall
Logistics and parcel delivery company Omniva informs that due to heavy snowfall, parcel delivery delays are possible. The situation is particularly challenging in the Western and Northern regions of Lithuania.
Impassable roads and difficult driving conditions are complicating the work of couriers, especially when delivering parcels to smaller towns, residential areas with individual houses, rural locations, or isolated homesteads.
“We apologize to our customers for any inconvenience caused. If we are unable to collect or deliver parcels at the scheduled time, we will contact customers personally,” says Solveiga Špakauskaitė, Head of Parcel Delivery at Omniva Lithuania.
