Important: Temporary Reduction in Storage Time for Some Shipments
Omniva is temporarily shortening the parcel storage time in parcel machines from 7 days to 4 days for some shipments, to ensure fast and smooth delivery for everyone.
While most parcels will still be stored in parcel machines for up to 7 days, some shipments will have a shorter storage period of 4 days, depending on the location and timing.
This change aims to maintain the availability of parcel machine services and ensure quick delivery during a period of higher parcel volumes.
Dear customer, when you receive a parcel notification, please collect your shipment from the parcel machine as soon as possible and pay close attention to the storage time indicated in the message. This way, everyone can receive their parcels on time.
