Omniva Operated Profitably in 2025 and Continued to Grow in International Markets
In 2025, logistics and technology group Omniva increased both parcel volumes and revenue, closing the year with a net profit. The results were driven by rapidly growing international middle-mile operations and business development in the Baltic States.
In 2025, the company earned a net profit of EUR 5.9 million, of which EUR 4.6 million came from a one-off gain from the sale of real estate. Excluding one-off transactions, normalized profit for 2025 amounted to EUR 1.4 million.
In Lithuania, Omniva delivered 15.7 million parcels in 2025 – 10% more than in 2024. In the fourth quarter of 2025 alone, 4.5 million parcels were delivered in Lithuania, representing a 10% increase compared to the same period in 2024.
“The results confirm that we made the right decisions last year. In addition to growing volumes and revenue, we reduced costs – a challenging but necessary step amid rising wages and transport expenses. We are pleased to have returned to profitability,” said Martti Kuldma, Chairman of the Management Board of Omniva.
In 2025, Omniva’s revenue reached EUR 154.7 million (2024: EUR 141.4 million). The main growth driver was international transit, with revenue increasing by 25% year-on-year to EUR 25.2 million. The parcel business in the Baltic States continued to grow steadily, with revenue rising by 11% compared to 2024, reaching EUR 84.1 million in 2025.
“Competition in the Baltic parcel market is extremely intense, and price pressure remains high. We have managed to maintain our market position and remain the most trusted logistics brand in the Baltics. Our strengths are smart technologies, flexible self-service solutions, and a wide parcel locker network, which we will continue to expand in smaller communities this year,” Kuldma added.
Kuldma noted that growth opportunities in the increasingly fulfilled Baltic markets are limited, and therefore long-term growth is primarily linked to international operations.
In 2025, Omniva introduced a Crowd Delivery model and began expanding a parcel machine network designed specifically for smaller communities. The company tested parcel delivery using autonomous vehicles and launched a service allowing customers to extend parcel storage periods.
Over the year, Omniva significantly improved its self-service environment – both its mobile app and online platform – providing customers with greater convenience in managing their parcels independently. The company also signed a cooperation agreement with Zalando, becoming the exclusive delivery partner of the e-commerce platform in the Baltic States.
At the international Parcel and Postal Technology International Awards, Omniva was recognized as Service Provider of the Year. For the fourth consecutive year, the Universal Postal Union (UPU) ranked Omniva as the most advanced postal company in its region.
