How to return the merchandise to the self-service parcel terminal?
- Take the parcel you want to return to the nearest self-service terminal.
- Press the touchscreen and choose necessary language. Then select function “Return parcel” on the menu.
- Enter the return code which you received by SMS message or e-mail.
- Attach label of the parcel on the packing. You may find label of the parcel in the section under the payment terminal.
- Put your parcel to the locker which has opened, close the door and by pressing button “Confirm”, which has appeared on the screen, confirm the transfer of the parcel.
- If you wish, you can print a receipt of the parcel.
Remember!You can enter the code of parcel manually.
