User registrationHow can I start using the online e-service environment for private customers?
Click on "Private customer" button on the top of the page. You can start to use self-service immediatelly, but we suggest to you to create an account. Select "Register", fill in the required fields and click "Save". You will then automatically be registered in the system as a sender and you can start using the service environment much easier (less data to fill, possibility to review order history and save receivers list).
Can I choose the locker, in which I want to put my parcel?
You can’t choose yourself the locker at the self-service parcel terminal. You can choose only the size of the locker. Locker of the selected size is opened automatically. Besides, there is no significant difference between the lockers, as when it will be delivered to other self-service parcel, the parcel certainly won’t reach the same locker. Size of the locker or its location in the self-service terminal doesn’t influence sending of the parcel in any way.
What is the maximum weight of items sent by parcel machine?
The maximum weight of a parcel to be placed in the parcel machine is 30 kg. If you wish to send heavier parcels, we offer you to choose several parcels and put them in different lockers, by noting the same receiver – in this way you’ll solve weight problem and all parcels shall reach your receiver on the same time!
Does sending a light and large parcel cost more than sending a small and heavy one?
Service price is calculated on the basis of the selected locker size of the parcel machine. Thereby price for sending S size parcel weighing 30 kg will be lower than price for sending L size parcel weighing 5 kg. So if your parcel weights more, but can be put in the smaller locker, you’ll have to pay indeed not a large sum for the delivery of parcel to necessary place.
May I place several parcels in one cabinet?
Private customers may place only one parcel in one locker. Business customers, who have concluded a contract, may place several parcels in one locker. So if you are planning to use our services more often than rate, we are inviting you to become our business customer. Business customers can choose special offers and discounts, so sending of the parcels will become easier and faster. “Omniva” services are convenient and cost-saving your business solution, which will allow you to save costs and provide a freedom of choosing parcel delivery.
Can I pay for the parcel in cash?
You can pay for the delivery of parcel with bank card only.
You can take your parcel in particular easy way. To receive the parcel, you have to enter the six-digit door code received in SMS message to your cell phone and/or received by e-mail, therefore document isn’t needed.
Can I purchase goods on the internet and receive them in parcel machine?
If the online shop has concluded a cooperation contract with “Omniva”, the parcels may be received in “Omniva” self-service parcel terminals. If there is no ordering option on the homepage of the online shop, you can recommend us this internet shop on the “Omniva” homepage. We will contact the internet shop with an offer of cooperation.
It is possible to send the parcels of up to 30 kg in weight via your self-service parcel terminals?
Yes, lockers of our self-service terminals can easily accommodate parcels up to 30 kg. It is important to ensure, that your sent parcel satisfies the requirements of locker dimensions.
Is your company working 24/7?
“Omniva” self-service parcel terminals are open 24/7, everyday, even on holidays. Therefore our clients can put and take their parcels at our self-service parcel terminals without any interruptions, 24/7. If you send your parcel on weekend, your parcel shall be delivered to the receiver only on Monday or Tuesday. In case of redeemable parcel the recipient may make the payment in the parcel machine using a payment card.
Can the parcel be paid for both in cash and by card?
The parcel can be paid for by payment card only.
May I pay for the parcel by phone?
Currently we can’t offer an option to pay for parcels by phone.
May I pay for the parcel by card of foreign bank?
Yes, you can. You can make payments by VISA, MAESTRO and MASTERCARD bank cards at “Omniva” self-service parcel terminals. If you make you payment for services on our website, you will be able to do it both by your debit or credit card
As soon as the parcel is placed inside the parcel terminal, a notification will be sent to the recipient by SMS message and/or e-mail. Message to the sender is an additional service available for business customers in the self-service system environment when processing the parcel.
If my phone is turned off, will I be able to take my parcel anyway?
You can take you parcel by entering a code of locker, received by SMS message to the cell phone. If your phone was turned off in the moment the notification was sent out, the message shall automatically reach your phone after you turn it on again.
Can I send a parcel by parcel terminal, if the recipient has no mobile phone (or I cannot remember the number)? And what in case of parcel receiving?
The recipient receives SMS message to the cell phone about the arrived parcel. If the recipient has no mobile phone number or it is forgotten, use of parcel terminal services is not possible.
In Lithuania the parcel will be returned to the Sender and a notification will be send about parcel that wasn’t taken from the terminal. Therefore it is very importat to note the cell phone of the receiver, to which a code of the delivered parcel is sent. If you still need the parcel to be delivered, it will cost additionally.
Can the parcel sent by me fall into the hands of thieves in case the parcel machine will be broken open?
Parcel machines are made of thick tin, therefore breaking in is very difficult. Moreover, parcel machines are monitored by three surveillance video cameras, and in case of strong shaking or attempts to break the door the alarm will be activated. So the possibility that your parcel shall be thieved is very small.
When will the self-service parcel terminals be established in less populated areas (villages)?
Network of the “Omniva” self-service parcel machines will be expanded according to the needs of the clients. Follow our information on website or profile of “Facebook” social network – we always inform about newly established parcel terminals.
Is sending of food substances allowed by parcel machine?
It is not recommended to send food substances that might get spoiled easily by parcel terminal. “Omniva” parcels in Lithuania are delivered quite quickly, but you should keep in mind the weather conditions. If the temperature is very low or very high, your parcel with food substances can get spoiled and will be unsuitable for consumption. All the items to be sent must be packed according to the requirements set within the standard terms of JSC “Omniva LT”.
Who should I contact if my parcel, send by self-service parcel terminal, was damaged?

Will the chocolate melt in the locker?
Everything depends on the air temperature. It will definitely melt during summer heat. Meanwhile in winter the chances are low, so you can send chocolate.
How is the parcel affected by cold outside temperature?
“Omniva” self-service parcel terminals are located outside. Therefore a great possibility exists that in case of minus temperature your items can freeze up. You should not worry if your parcel is capable to bear lower than zero temperature.
