May I pay for the parcel upon reception?
In case of redeemable parcel the recipient may make the payment in the parcel machine using a payment card.

Can the parcel be paid for both in cash and by card?
The parcel can be paid for by payment card only.

May I pay for the parcel by phone?
Currently we can’t offer an option to pay for parcels by phone.

May I pay for the parcel by card of foreign bank?
Yes, you can. You can make payments by VISA, MAESTRO and MASTERCARD bank cards at “Omniva” self-service parcel terminals. If you make you payment for services on our website, you will be able to do it both by your debit or credit card
