Important updates to Omniva business clients Terms & Conditions and pricing policy
Omniva is committed to providing our clients with transparent, reliable, and high-quality shipping services. As part of our ongoing efforts to improve clarity and adapt to evolving operational needs, we have updated our Terms and Conditions.
Also, as we approach the peak holiday season, Omniva is introducing adjustments to our pricing policy to help maintain the speed, reliability, and quality of services during the busiest time of the year. To ensure all shipments reach their destinations on time, a temporary 5% seasonal volume index charge will apply to parcel machine and courier delivery services in November and December.
The seasonal price increase applies to all business customers – both those who use list prices and customers with contractually fixed prices. The only exception is business customers whose agreements explicitly exclude the seasonal price increase.
These changes will take effect from 1/11/2025.

Parcel Machines: Shipment parameters are now defined by parcel machine compartment sizes.
Courier Channel (Estonia): Added specific dimension requirements for specially shaped shipments.
Notification Obligations (Point 4.2): Clarified wording regarding notification requirements and options.
3. Additional Services (key changes)
Omniva now reserves the right to decline or charge a fee for shipments not packed according to requirements when handed over to the courier.
Loading Point Rules: Specified to ensure smoother operations.
Delivery Process (Point 8.4.3): Detailed description of the delivery process.
4. Storage & Redirection
Storage time: Omniva may adjust storage duration in response to unforeseen obstacles.
Shipment Redirection: Process rules are now described in detail.
Return Rules: Added specific rules for oversized and/or overweight shipments.
Seasonal Index: A 5% seasonal index will apply annually in November and December for parcel machine and courier deliveries.
