How to receive a parcel

Self-service parcel terminals are open 24/7.

You can retrieve your parcel by entering a personal door code, which will be sent to you either by SMS message or e-mail. After entering the correct code in the touchscreen of self-service parcel terminal, the locker will open automatically and you will be able to collect your parcel.

If you do not pick up the parcel within seven days, it will be returned to the sender.
  1. After receiving a SMS message or e-mail, go to your nearest self-service parcel terminal.
  2. Choose a language by using the touchscreen, and then press “Receive parcel”.
  3. Enter the door code that you received by SMS message or e-mail.
  4. If you have bought your parcel at on-line shop and now a request to pay for it is shown in the display, you can pay the required sum by inserting your bank card to the payment terminal located under the touchscreen.
  5. Take the parcel from the locker.
  6. Please note! Close the door and confirm that you have received the parcel by pressing “Confirm” on the touchscreen.
  7. If you wish to receive a receipt for the paid delivery, please choose “Print the receipt”.
