  • Storage deadlines for parcels at self-service parcel terminals

Your parcel will be stored at self-service parcel terminal for 7 days. When few days are left before the storage deadline, we will send you a reminding SMS message. If you will not pick up your parcel within the set storage deadline, it will be returned to the sender. In this case all costs of parcel return will be covered by the sender.

  • Storage deadlines for the parcels delivered by courier

In case of failure to deliver you parcel sent by courier, upon a prior agreement with the addressee, we will send it to the self-service parcel terminal. We will inform you by SMS message when your parcel is put to the self-service parcel terminal. You will have 7 days to pick up the parcel. If you will not pick up the delivery within the set storage term, it will be returned to the sender. If this case all return and storage costs will be covered by the sender.

If you notify us that you will not be able to pick up the parcel within the set term of seven days, we can extend the storage term of the courier deliverable for one month period. In such case you will be required to pay a storage fee that will be charged from the eighth day of the storage deadline day to the moment the parcel was picked up.
