Caution! Instances of fraud under the OMNIVA name have been reported
We continue to receive reports of fraud in Lithuania, where online scammers are using our company's name to steal payment card details. Please be cautious and carefully consider the information you are receiving. Take a moment to understand the situation.
The scammers pose as buyers of an item for sale on the marketplace and request the seller to send the item via OMNIVA parcel machines. Thereafter, they send the seller a link to a fake website with a form asking for credit card details.
Please note that OMNIVA does not provide a peer-to-peer payment service! Please be careful - we advise you not to open the links sent to you and under no circumstances enter your payment card details on any suspicious websites.
Please note that Omniva LT has three official websites: www.omniva.lt, a self-service portal www.mano.omniva.lt/ and tarptautines.omniva.lt.
How to tell if a website is official and safe? When you open the website, always check the name of the website in the search bar. If the search bar does not contain www.omniva.lt or www.mano.omniva.lt/, or only part of the above addresses, or a similar combination of words, the website is not legitimate.
We urge you to take extra care when handling your personal data. Please see here for information on the regular posting procedure when registering via online self-service.
If you notice any fraudulent activity under the name of OMNIVA, please report it immediately to the Customer Service Centre at [email protected], and to the Lithuanian Police by calling 112.
