From now on, we deliver multiple parcels to a single compartment of the parcel machine
Please be informed that from 15 November, if you order several parcels at approximately the same time and to the same parcel machine, they will be delivered to a single compartment of the parcel machine in order to ensure a more convenient and quicker collection process.
The number of items per compartment can be determined by the number of SMS messages received with the same pickup code. Also, the exact number of parcels received will also be displayed on the postage meter screen when the pickup code is entered.
If you close the door of the parchel machine without having collected all your parcels, it's OK, the collection code remains active for up to 15 minutes. If more than 15 minutes have elapsed, please contact the Customer Service Centre by private message on Facebook or via the "Contact Us" form at www.omniva.lt.
Important: You will only be able to collect your parcels if all parcels have been paid for.
